Hotel description

Set in the cultural and commercial heart of Madrid, the Hotel Villa Real occupies a new building but contains many ancient artefacts. It is only a short walk from main sights, such as Puerta del Sol. The collection of artefacts on show in the hotel include Roman mosaics and Greek Apulian vessels dating from the early third century BC to the fifth century AD. Throughout the new building, wood panelling, marble floors, painted stucco and antique furnishings blend seamlessly with state-of-the-art facilities. Outside the hotel, you will find the city´s main sights, such as Gran Vía, the Retiro Park and the world-renowned galleries only a few minutes away.
