Situated in a residential and commercial area of the city, there are boutiques in this hotel that exhibit internationally renowned labels. There are also numerous restaurants located in this area from which to choose. In the hotel building there are restaurants, bars, a shopping gallery, a nightclub (not managed by the hotel) and 300 parking spaces. There are 12 function rooms and offices of various dimensions, designed for the organisation of all types of events. The Salón Convención can hold up to 800 people.

The hotel has many food and beverage outlets including a lobby bar (Bar La Terraza), breakfast rooms and an à la carte Restaurant. The breakfast rooms, Lima and Duque, are open from 07:30 to 10:30. The à la carte restaurant, El Roble, is open for lunch from 13:00 to 15:00 and for dinner from 20:00 to 22:00.
